With over three decades in Human Resources, including leadership roles as CHRO, I’ve partnered closely with business leaders across industries to shape people strategies, culture, and leadership effectiveness. Approach
My approach is rooted in the principles of action research—a cycle of inquiry, reflection, and co-creation that ensures solutions are grounded in lived organisational realities. I work in a consultative and collaborative manner, engaging key stakeholders to surface core issues, define shared goals, and build ownership for change.
I blend strategic management thinking with humanistic values, balancing business imperatives with a deep respect for people and culture. Whether coaching a leader or facilitating an organisation-wide initiative, I focus on enabling structural change that is sustainable, not cosmetic. My interventions are designed to be practical, system-aware, and growth-oriented—supporting both performance and purpose.
OD & Leadership Interventions
I design and facilitate tailored OD and leadership interventions that address both strategic priorities and people challenges. These include leadership development journeys, succession planning, and team alignment workshops. I also support organisations through assessment centres, role evaluation, and organisation design to build clarity, capability, and future readiness.
My work often involves navigating conflict, enabling cultural transformation, and strengthening collaboration across functions. Every intervention is built to create alignment between people, structure, and strategy—ensuring that change is both human-centred and performance-driven.
