Approach to Coaching
My executive coaching process begins with a deep understanding of individual and organisational goals. Together, we define clear development objectives aligned with business priorities. I then design a customised action plan with specific milestones and timelines. Through regular one-on-one sessions, I provide guidance, challenge perspectives, and support real-time decision-making. A mid-term review allows us to evaluate progress, incorporate feedback, and recalibrate the plan if needed. Stakeholder inputs are included wherever relevant to ensure alignment.
